Les baies roses, aussi commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0faux poivre\u00a0\u00bb, sont parfum\u00e9es, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9es et peu piquantes. En plus d\u2019ajouter un peu de couleur au plat, ces derni\u00e8res le r\u00e9veillent (mais en douceur !) en apportant un petit go\u00fbt in\u00e9dit et int\u00e9ressant. Et on peut les croquer sans crainte.
