Plus pr\u00e8s de nous, on se souvient de la s\u00e9rie t\u00e9l\u00e9 Papa Schultz qui nous a inspir\u00e9 cette d\u00e9licieuse recette de dessert aux pommes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Origine\u00a0<\/strong>: Autriche<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 30 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson :<\/strong> environ 35 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Mat\u00e9riel sp\u00e9cifique requis :<\/strong> un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0de la recette du Strudel de Papa Schultz :<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour 11 personnes<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Pour la p\u00e2te :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 oeuf entier + 1 jaune<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 verre d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Pour la garniture :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 4 pommes type Golden<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de raisins blonds secs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/532-cannelle-moulue.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">cannelle moulue<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es ou en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de chapelure<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de beurre<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0de la recette du Strudel de Papa Schultz :<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Commencer par pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 Strudel :<\/strong><br \/>\nM\u00e9langer dans un bol l&rsquo;eau, l&rsquo;huile, le sel et l&rsquo;oeuf.<br \/>\nMettre la farine dans un grand saladier et y incorporer peu \u00e0 peu le m\u00e9lange du bol.<br \/>\nP\u00e9trir l&rsquo;ensemble \u00e0 la main, couvrir d&rsquo;un torchon et laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffer le four thermostat 6 (environ 200\u00b0C).<br \/>\nFaire tremper les raisins secs dans un bol d&rsquo;eau. Peler les pommes et les d\u00e9tailler en petits d\u00e9s<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer dans un saladier, les raisins \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, les pommes, les amandes, la cannelle et le sucre.<br \/>\nFaire revenir la chapelure dans une po\u00eale avec le beurre pendant 1 minute. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour le remplissage avec la garniture :<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te sur un torchon farin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<br \/>\nFormer un grand rectangle assez fin.<br \/>\nR\u00e9partir la chapelure sur les 2\/3 de la p\u00e2te en laissant 3 centim\u00e8tres de libre autour. Faire la m\u00eame chose avec la garniture.<br \/>\nRabattre tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s sur la pr\u00e9paration puis plier le strudel sur lui m\u00eame en s&rsquo;aidant du torchon.<br \/>\nSouder le bord de p\u00e2te libre avec un peu d&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\nBadigeonner le jaune d&rsquo;oeuf avec un pinceau.<br \/>\nFaire glisser le strudel sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et laisser cuire 35 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes, il faut suffit de diviser toutes les quantit\u00e9s par 2 et le tour est jou\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accompagnement :<\/strong><br \/>\nCe dessert peut se d\u00e9guster ti\u00e8de ou froid et avec ou sans chantilly selon vos envies.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Bonne d\u00e9gustation !<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; C&rsquo;est Marie Antoinette qui apporta la recette du Strudel \u00e0 Versailles.
