J\u2019ai voulu r\u00e9aliser un cake aux saveurs de No\u00ebl, mais au lieu des traditionnelles \u00e9pices<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/melanges-d-epices\/490-melange-pain-d-epices.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong> \u00e0 pain d\u2019\u00e9pices<\/strong><\/span><\/a> (cannelle, 4 \u00e9pices, muscade\u2026) j\u2019ai incorpor\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e2te un peu de\u00a0safran pour ses d\u00e9licates notes de miel (et sa coloration jaune d&rsquo;or), de la r\u00e9glisse en poudre\u00a0ainsi que des graines de\u00a0cardamome verte. Le mariage fonctionne vraiment tr\u00e8s bien, petits et grands nous nous sommes r\u00e9gal\u00e9s !<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9glisse en poudre est un ingr\u00e9dient sympa \u00e0 utiliser dans les g\u00e2teaux, elle contient un \u00e9dulcorant naturel, en plus de gagner en saveur on peut r\u00e9duire la dose de sucre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>10 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson : <\/strong>30 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Mat\u00e9riel sp\u00e9cifique n\u00e9cessaire :<\/strong> 1 moule \u00e0 cake<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette de cake de No\u00ebl :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>70 g de ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de levure<\/li>\n<li>80 g de cassonade<\/li>\n<li>60 g de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>5 cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/safran\/471-safran-en-poudre.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>safran en poudre<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de\u00a0r\u00e9glisse en poudre<\/li>\n<li>et les graines pil\u00e9es de 5 gousses de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/529-cardamome-verte-entiere.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>cardamome verte<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la recette de cake de No\u00ebl :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Commencez par faire r\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (soit au thermostat 6).<br \/>\n&#8211; Faites ensuite fondre le beurre au micro-ondes, laissez le ti\u00e9dir, et ajoutez- y le safran. Faites infuser le tout 5-10 minutes.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs (farine, ma\u00efzena, levure, sucre, \u00e9pices) dans un saladier.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ajoutez-y ensuite les \u0153ufs et le beurre fondu et m\u00e9langez bien le tout de nouveau.<br \/>\n&#8211; Incorporez ensuite le lait \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\n&#8211; Puis versez la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 cake pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9.<br \/>\n&#8211; Enfournez le tout \u00e0 four chaud et faites cuire 30 min environ. V\u00e9rifiez de temps \u00e0 autre la cuisson avec un couteau, qui doit ressortir sec.
