R\u00e9duites en poudre, elles remplacent souvent le poivre noir dans de nombreux m\u00e9langes d\u2019\u00e9pices, principalement en Inde.<\/p>\n<p>La nigelle se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec les l\u00e9gumes, les yaourts, le concombre et les salades. Elle accompagne \u00e9galement parfaitement les plats d\u2019agneau cuisin\u00e9s en cocotte, et parfume les pains, les p\u00e2tisseries et les muffins et autres cakes sal\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Temps de pr\u00e9paration :\u00a0<\/strong>15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Temps de cuisson :<\/strong>\u00a010 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Temps de repos :<\/strong>\u00a01 h<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette du taboul\u00e9 de quinoa printanier aux graines de nigelle :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 250 g de quinoa<br \/>\n&#8211; 15 tomates cerises<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 chou romanesco<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g de d\u00e9s de blanc de poulet<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de\u00a0<span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/510-nigelle-en-graines.html\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">graines de nigelle<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; 1 citron<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0<\/b><strong>de la recette du taboul\u00e9 de quinoa printanier aux graines de nigelle :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Laissez tremper le quinoa quelques instants pour bien le rincer.<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u00e9taillez le demi chou romanesco en fleurettes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cuisez parall\u00e8lement, dans deux casseroles diff\u00e9rentes, le quinoa et le chou dans deux fois leur volume d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e \u00e0 couvert pendant 10 minutes. Puis hors du feu et toujours \u00e0 couvert, laissez gonfler puis refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<br \/>\n&#8211; Egouttez les deux ingr\u00e9dients, puis d\u00e9posez-les dans un m\u00eame saladier.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ajoutez les tomates cerises coup\u00e9es en deux, les d\u00e9s de poulet et les graines de nigelle.
