Une recette rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser qui plaira \u00e0 tous, petits et grands et qui peut convenir aux v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens et m\u00eame aux vegans. Des amuses bouche qui mettent \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur un poivre exceptionnel par finesse en bouche, ses saveurs et sa fra\u00eecheur, le poivre de la Likouala aussi connu sous le nom de poivre des Gorilles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 10 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson :<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Mat\u00e9riel sp\u00e9cifique n\u00e9cessaire :<\/strong> aucun requis<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette de\u00a0Tartines aux champignons et ciboulette :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser 4 tartines<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr de champignons de Paris frais ( ils r\u00e9duisent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e0 la cuisson)<\/li>\n<li>4 c.\u00e0.s d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (ici de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive)<\/li>\n<li>4 grandes tranches de pain de campagne<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0quelques pinc\u00e9es de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/herbes-et-aromates\/420-ciboulette-tubulaire.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>ciboulette concass\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span><\/a> ( vous pouvez aussi opter pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/melanges-d-epices\/427-melange-persillade.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>m\u00e9lange persillade<\/strong><\/span><\/a> compos\u00e9 de persil, ail semoule et \u00e9chalote)<\/li>\n<li>du poivre (nous avons choisi ici le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/autres-poivres\/570-poivre-de-likouala.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>poivre de la Likouala<\/strong> <\/span><\/a>pour sa fra\u00eecheur et son ar\u00f4me d\u00e9licat)<\/li>\n<li>du sel<\/li>\n<li>et environ 90 gr de sauce tomates ( voici une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/blog\/sauce-tomate-aux-herbes-et-epices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>recette de sauce tomate fait maison<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, sinon je vous conseille la pesto rustico tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es de Barilla)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0de la recette de\u00a0Tartines aux champignons et ciboulette :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Commencez par faire pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0 (soit thermostat 6).<br \/>\nEnsuite faites griller vos tranches de pain pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elles ne ramollissent au contact de la sauce tomate.<br \/>\nPuis \u00e9talez la sauce tomates sur vos 4 tranches de pain de campagne grill\u00e9es.<br \/>\nRetirez le pied terreux de vos champignons de Paris puis lavez-les \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide.<br \/>\nCoupez ensuite vos champignons en fines tranches.<br \/>\nFa\u00eetes chauffer 4 c.\u00e0.s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale.<br \/>\nAjoutez-y les champignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s puis laissez-les d\u00e9gorger et r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 5-8 minutes.<br \/>\nAjoutez ensuite \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration le sel et le poivre \u00e0 votre convenance. Ici j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour 4 tours de moulin \u00e0 poivre de Likouala et idem pour le sel.<br \/>\nR\u00e9partissez les champignons sur les tartines grill\u00e9es et enfournez le tout \u00e0 160-180\u00b0 pendant au moins 10 minutes.<br \/>\nUne fois sortie du four, saupoudrez vos tartines de champignons avec quelques pinc\u00e9es de ciboulettes concass\u00e9es ou du m\u00e9lange persillade.
