Je vous propose aujourd\u2019hui une d\u00e9licieuse recette, toute douce, et tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser :\u00a0<strong>des \u0153ufs au curry<\/strong>, aussi connus sous le nom de\u00a0<strong>Bollywood eggs<\/strong>. Ils doivent \u00eatre mollets, pour cela mettez-les \u00e0 cuire dans une casserole d\u2019eau froide, et lorsque \u00e7a bout, comptez environ 5 minutes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coupez ensuite les oignons et l\u2019ail tr\u00e8s finement.<br \/>\n&#8211; Faites-les revenir dans de l\u2019huile avec toutes les autres \u00e9pices. Une fois qu\u2019il sont dor\u00e9s, ajoutez le lait de coco \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration. Baisser le feu au minimum, et m\u00e9langez.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ajoutez la tomate \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration, mixez le tout, puis salez et poivrez \u00e0 votre convenance bien s\u00fbr.<br \/>\n&#8211; Couvrez et laissez mijoter environ 5 minutes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Versez la sauce dans deux bols et ajoutez y les \u0153ufs.
