Ce l\u00e9gume \u00e0 la mode est tr\u00e8s doux au go\u00fbt, et lorsqu\u2019il est mix\u00e9, a une texture incroyablement velout\u00e9e. Je lui ai trouv\u00e9 un autre avantage: si la butternut est bio ou bien lav\u00e9e puis bross\u00e9e, ce n\u2019est pas la peine de l\u2019\u00e9plucher !<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 cette semaine un tr\u00e8s bon\u00a0<strong>velout\u00e9 de butternut<\/strong>, assaisonn\u00e9 avec du\u00a0<strong>gomasio maison<\/strong>. Un petit plat comme on les aime, go\u00fbteux et r\u00e9confortant !<\/p>\n<p>Le gomasio se trouve habituellement en magasin bio, c\u2019est un m\u00e9lange de graines de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9 et de sel marin, j\u2019en ach\u00e8te parfois en magasin bio mais cette fois-ci je l\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en le relevant un peu, avec du\u00a0sel d\u2019Alae rouge, et un peu de\u00a0piment doux.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0sel d\u2019Alae rouge\u00a0ou sel d\u2019Hawa\u00ef rouge vient des iles Hawa\u00ef dans le Pacifique. Les Hawa\u00efens ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 ce sel de mer s\u00e9ch\u00e9 au soleil puis m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 de l\u2019argile rouge purifi\u00e9e, il est utilis\u00e9 depuis des d\u00e9cennies pour assaisonner et conserver les aliments<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>15 min<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson : <\/strong>20 min<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0de la recette du velout\u00e9 de butternut, gomasio \u00e9pic\u00e9 maison :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 courge de butternut de taille moyenne<\/li>\n<li>800 ml de bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n<li>25 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/366-sesame-dore.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">graines de s\u00e9same dor\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/365-sesame-noir.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>noir<\/strong><\/span><\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/505-sesame-blanc.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>blanc<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 g de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/sels-du-monde\/286-sel-d-alae-rouge-fin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>sel d\u2019Alae rouge<\/strong><\/span><\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/sels-du-monde\/280-sel-noir-d-hawai.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>sel d&rsquo;Hawai<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/piments\/482-piment-doux-ou-poivre-d-espagne.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>piment doux<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la recette du velout\u00e9 de butternut, gomasio \u00e9pic\u00e9 maison :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Coupez la courge en 2, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez-la, et coupez-la en d\u00e9s d\u2019environ 2 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br \/>\n&#8211; Faites chauffer le bouillon et, \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, plongez-y les morceaux de courge.<br \/>\n&#8211; Laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux, \u00e0 couvert, pendant environ 20 minutes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Lorsque les morceaux de butternut sont cuits, \u00e9gouttez-les tout en r\u00e9servant le bouillon.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mixez finement en rajoutant le bouillon petit \u00e0 petit, pour arriver \u00e0 la texture souhait\u00e9e. R\u00e9servez.<br \/>\n&#8211; Grillez \u00e0 sec les graines de s\u00e9same dans une petite po\u00eale. Attention, les graines br\u00fblent rapidement, secouez la po\u00eale r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et d\u00e8s que vous voyez les graines blondir, \u00e9teignez le feu.<br \/>\n&#8211; Versez le s\u00e9same dans le mortier, ajoutez le sel et le piment. \u00c9crasez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019environ 80% des graines soient moulues.<br \/>\n&#8211; Servez le velout\u00e9 bien chaud dans des bols et saupoudrez de gomasio.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; La courge butternut, c\u2019est LA STAR de l\u2019automne.
