Mais pas n&rsquo;importe quel chutney ! Une recette de chutney \u00e0 la mangue, au fenugrec et aux \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui ne le savent pas, le <strong>chutney aussi appel\u00e9 chatni est une sauce aigre douce<\/strong> dans laquelle on utilise \u00e0 souhait bon nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9pices comme le gingembre, la coriandre, le cumin\u00a0 ou encore le fenugrec. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs ce dernier que nous avons choisi de mettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur dans cette recette de chutney indien. Il apporte \u00e0 ce chutney de mangues sa saveur \u00e0 la fois douce, am\u00e8re mais aussi assez puissante (avec du piquant).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Origine :<\/strong>\u00a0Inde<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong>\u00a0casserole<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson :<\/strong> environ 1h<br \/>\n<strong>Mat\u00e9riel sp\u00e9cifique requis :<\/strong> aucun<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette de Chutney \u00e0 la mangue :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour 1 personne<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1kg de mangues<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/piments\/261-piment-de-cayenne-entier.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>piments de cayenne entier<\/strong><\/span><\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; 40 cl de vinaigre de cidre<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g de raisins secs<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g de sucre roux<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/517-gingembre-sec-entier.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>gingembre\u00a0 entier<\/strong><\/span><\/a> r\u00e2p\u00e9 ou<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/518-gingembre-moulu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong> moulu<\/strong><\/span><\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/409-fenugrec-moulu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>fenugrec moulu<\/strong><\/span><\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; et pour finir 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel fin<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette de Chutney \u00e0 la mangue :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Commencez par couper les mangues de part et d\u2019autre du noyau central puis \u00e9pluchez-les et coupez-les en petits morceaux.<br \/>\nEnsuite \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les piments puis hachez-les finement.<br \/>\nDans un saladier, m\u00e9langez le piment hach\u00e9 avec les mangues puis ajoutez-y le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<br \/>\nMettez votre pr\u00e9paration obtenue dans une casserole et portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br \/>\nLaissez ensuite cuire environ 1 heure sur feu doux en remuant bien r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (le m\u00e9lange doit \u00e9paissir comme pour une confiture).<br \/>\nVersez ensuite votre pr\u00e9paration dans des pots en verre pour conserves pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9bouillant\u00e9s pour bien les st\u00e9riliser.<br \/>\nFermez les herm\u00e9tiquement en les retournant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un complet refroidissement.
