De quoi \u00e9veiller vos papilles bien s\u00fbr !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>10 min<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson : <\/strong>20 min<br \/>\n<strong>Co\u00fbt : <\/strong>abordable<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> facile<br \/>\n<strong>Nombre de personnes : <\/strong>2<\/p>\n<p><!--more Lire plus --><\/p>\n<div class=\"block\">\n<div class=\"Ttxt\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette de noix de Saint Jacques :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour 2 personnes<\/p>\n<p>8 noix de Saint-jacques<br \/>\n2 kg de pousses d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards frais<br \/>\n60 g de riz cru<br \/>\nDes<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/351-echalote-en-lamelles.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">\u00a0\u00e9chalotes en lamelles<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/a>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/351-echalote-en-lamelles.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n<\/a>30 g de beurre<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/351-echalote-en-lamelles.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n<\/a>7 g d&rsquo;huile d\u2019olive<br \/>\nDu\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/diamants-de-sel\/337-diamant-de-sel-a-la-truffe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">diamant de sel<\/span> <span style=\"color: #339966;\">\u00e0<\/span> <span style=\"color: #339966;\">la truffe<\/span><\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nEt du poivre<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block\">\n<div class=\"Ttxt\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette de noix de Saint Jacques :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"block\">\n<div class=\"Ttxt\">\n<p>Lavez et \u00e9gouttez les \u00e9pinards.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez, d\u00e9germez et coupez les gousses d&rsquo;ail en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une sauteuse, faites fondre 15 g de beurre et 5 g d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ajoutez -y l&rsquo;ail, les pousses d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards, le diamant de sel \u00e0 la truffe, le poivre (selon votre convenance) et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ 20 min en m\u00e9langeant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite faites cuire le riz comme indiqu\u00e9 sur l&#8217;emballage puis r\u00e9servez-le (mettez le de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;instant).<\/p>\n<p>5 minutes avant la fin de cuisson des \u00e9pinards, \u00e9pluchez et \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote (ou int\u00e9grez-la directement en lamelles).<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale faites fondre les 15 g de beurre restant avec 2 g d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et ajoutez-y l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote.<\/p>\n<p>Salez les noix de Saint-Jacques avec le diamant de sel \u00e0 la truffe et posez-les face sal\u00e9e dans la po\u00eale, salez de m\u00eame le dessus des noix de Saint-Jacques, poivrez et faites les cuire environ 1 min sur chaque face.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une assiette, d\u00e9posez le riz, recouvrez d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards, puis posez les noix de Saint-jacques dessus.
