Une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 culinaire levantine tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue en Orient. J&rsquo;ai choisi de r\u00e9aliser cette recette \u00e0 partir de pois chiches m\u00e9lang\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9pices mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement opter pour des f\u00e8ves. R\u00e9servez.<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u00e9posez les petits pois, les pois chiches, l\u2019oignon, et les \u00e9pices dans un blender ou un robot, et hachez grossi\u00e8rement le tout. Salez et poivrez.<br \/>\n&#8211; Transvasez le m\u00e9lange obtenu dans un petit saladier.<br \/>\n&#8211; Modelez des boulettes ovales de la taille d\u2019un \u0153uf de poule avec vos mains. Essayez de faire que celles-ci soient bien compactes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Roulez ces boulettes dans la farine et le s\u00e9same.<br \/>\n&#8211; Faites chauffer 2 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans un wok ou une sauteuse de bonne taille, puis faites dorer les falafels et les retournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.
