J\u2019adore ces plats de l\u00e9gumes, viandes et \u00e9pices qui ont doucement mijot\u00e9 ensemble, pour donner un ensemble fondant \u00e0 souhait et plein de saveurs\u2026 Il existe une multitude de recettes : au b\u0153uf, au poulet, au porc, \u00e0 l\u2019agneau, aux abricots, aux citrons confits\u2026 Pour cette premi\u00e8re recette, j\u2019ai mari\u00e9 le\u00a0<strong>filet de mignon de porc<\/strong>\u00a0aux\u00a0<strong>pruneaux<\/strong>, et comme accompagnement, j\u2019ai mis des petites pommes de terre.
