2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de Ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette de calamar au piment et \u00e9pices tha\u00ef\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Nettoyer et couper les calamars en carr\u00e9 de 4 x 4 cm.<br \/>\nInciser le dessous de chaque morceau en lignes r\u00e9guli\u00e8res dans un sens puis dans l&rsquo;autre de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 former un quadrillage.<br \/>\nPeler et \u00e9mincer l&rsquo;oignon finement (avec une mandoline si vous en avez une). Ciseler l&rsquo;ail et le piment.<br \/>\nFaire chauffer la po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;huile.<br \/>\nAjouter l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail, le piment pr\u00e9alablement hach\u00e9 finement et cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;oignon soit fondu mais encore craquant.<br \/>\nIncorporer les calamars et les faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils se recroquevillent (un peu en forme de h\u00e9risson).<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer dans un bol, la sauce poisson, le vinaigre, le sucre, l&rsquo;eau et la Ma\u00efzena.
