Le poivre du Sichuan se marie \u00e0 merveille avec le saumon, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses notes d&rsquo;agrumes fra\u00eeches.<\/h3>\n<h2><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>45 minutes<\/p>\n<h1>1- Riz parfait<\/h1>\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (2 personnes) <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un verre de riz long basmati<br \/>\nUn verre et demi d\u2019eau<br \/>\nCasserole \u00e0 semelle \u00e9paisse<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/525-cumin-grains-3769475363894.html?search_query=cumin&amp;results=50\">Graines de cumin<\/a> (une belle pinc\u00e9e)<\/p>\n<h2><strong>C&rsquo;est parti !<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Avant de le mettre \u00e0 cuire, versez le riz dans un chinois ou une passoire \u00e0 maille fine. Rincez-le \u00e0 l\u2019eau fra\u00eeche, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau du riz soit claire (cela permet de supprimer l\u2019amidon du riz et le rend plus digestible).<\/p>\n<p>Dans la casserole, ajoutez simultan\u00e9ment l&rsquo;eau (un verre et demi) et le riz (un verre), sans attendre qu&rsquo;elle boue (d\u00e9part \u00e0 froid), ainsi que les graines de cumin. Laissez \u00e0 feu fort et attendez les premi\u00e8res \u00e9bullitions. D\u00e8s que l\u2019eau fr\u00e9mit, couvrez avec un couvercle et baissez le feu \u00e0 doux\/moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez cuire sans lever le couvercle pendant 12 min.<\/p>\n<p>Puis coupez le feu et laissez reposer sans lever le couvercle pendant 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9grainez le riz avec une fourchette et servez !<\/p>\n<h1>2- Saumon laqu\u00e9 au poivre noir de Sichuan<\/h1>\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (2 personnes) <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2 pav\u00e9s de saumons<br \/>\nHuile de s\u00e9same<br \/>\nSauce soja (ou tamari)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/baies-et-faux-poivres\/472-poivre-du-sichuan-3766683295993.html\">Poivre noir du Sichuan<\/a> (5g)<br \/>\nMiel toutes fleurs (1 c\u00e0s)<\/p>\n<h2><strong>C&rsquo;est parti !<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Marinade<br \/>\n<\/strong>Toastez le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/baies-et-faux-poivres\/472-poivre-du-sichuan-3766683295993.html\">poivre du Sichuan<\/a> 2 minutes dans la po\u00eale chaude.<br \/>\nFaire mariner 1h les pav\u00e9s de saumon dans 3 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same et 5 c\u00e0s de sauce soja avec le poivre toast\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuisson<br \/>\n<\/strong>Fa\u00eetes revenir le saumon c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau avec un peu de marinade dans la po\u00eale.<br \/>\nLorsqu&rsquo;il est cuit mais ros\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eate, r\u00e9servez le pav\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laquage<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ajoutez le miel dans la po\u00eale, faites-le fondre.<br \/>\nAjoutez les 20 cl de sauce soja.<br \/>\nLaissez caram\u00e9liser pour obtenir une texture \u00e0 mi-chemin entre un liquide et un sirop.<br \/>\nAjoutez-y le saumon en l&rsquo;arrosant avec la sauce dans la po\u00eale 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Servez avec le riz parfait et quelques rondelles de courgettes !<\/p>\n<h2>Bonne d\u00e9gustation !<\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une recette simple pour impressionner vos invit\u00e9s !
