height: 24px;\"><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                \n\n<div class=\"kksr-legend\" style=\"font-size: 19.2px;\">\n            5\/5 - (1 vote)    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un plat tout doux et prot\u00e9in\u00e9, qui met le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/523-curcuma-moulu.html\">curcuma<\/a> \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur !<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Temps de pr\u00e9paration<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>20 minutes<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Ingr\u00e9dients <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b><\/b>1 aubergine<br \/>\n92 g de lait de coco (plus cr\u00e9meux que liquide)<br \/>\n170 g de pois chiches<br \/>\n4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/523-curcuma-moulu.html\">curcuma<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pr\u00e9paration (pour 2 personnes)<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Lavez puis coupez l&rsquo;aubergine en 2 dans le sens de la longueur<\/li>\n<li>Dans la chair, dessinez des croisillons sans percer l&rsquo;aubergine<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive par personne avec le curcuma<\/li>\n<li>Placez les deux faces d&rsquo;aubergine sur une plaque de cuisson et badigeonnez-les avec l&rsquo;huile au curcuma (faite la p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les croisillons)<\/li>\n<li>Salez, poivrez<\/li>\n<li>Enfournez pour 30 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pendant ce temps :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rincez et \u00e9gouttez les pois chiches<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez-les avec 2 cuill\u00e8res d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et le curcuma<\/li>\n<li>Salez, poivrez<\/li>\n<li>Au bout de 15 minutes de cuisson de l&rsquo;aubergine, ajoutez les pois chiches sur la plaque de cuisson et r\u00e9-enfournez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de la cuisson de l&rsquo;aubergine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une fois les l\u00e9gumes cuits (les pois chiches doivent rester fermes), disposez l&rsquo;aubergine sur un lit de pois chiches dans votre plat, et ajoutez le lait de coco. Vous pouvez y apporter quelques feuilles de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/644-feuille-de-coriandre.html\">coriandre<\/a>.
