Ce dernier se compose de\u00a0Sel de Gu\u00e9rande, de paprika, de thym, de romarin, de baies roses et de poivre noir concass\u00e9. Versez ensuite le tout dans le bol du mixeur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ajoutez ensuite les 600 g d&rsquo;aubergines du jardin pr\u00e9alablement coup\u00e9es en d\u00e8s et mixez pendant 5 secondes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un robot mixeur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Faites ensuite cuire les aubergines \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 15 minutes en ajoutant 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;Olive, 3 tours de moulin de sel fou\u00a0 et 2 tours de moulin de Poivre de Penja Noir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e, mixez de nouveau le tout pendant 5 secondes pour obtenir une texture plus onctueuse.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Laissez ensuite refroidir votre pr\u00e9paration avant de la mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Et pour finir servez froid sur des tartines de pain grill\u00e9es (ou non selon votre convenance) ou avec des l\u00e9gumes en ap\u00e9ritif.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Et voil\u00e0 le tour est jou\u00e9 !
