C&rsquo;est frais, gourmand et simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Un dessert original dans lequel on retrouve aussi les graines de pavot, des super graines aux notes de noisettes et pignons de pin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de cuisson :\u00a0<\/strong>48 min<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :\u00a0<\/strong>12 min<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9:\u00a0<\/strong>facile<br \/>\n<strong>Co\u00fbt:\u00a0<\/strong>pas cher<br \/>\n<strong>Nombre de personnes:<\/strong>\u00a06<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more Lire plus --><\/p>\n<div class=\"block\">\n<div class=\"Ttxt\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette de cake aux poires et pavot bleu :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pour la p\u00e2te :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de farine T45<\/li>\n<li>80 g de beurre doux fondu<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>60 g de sucre vanill\u00e9 maison (ou 50 g de sucre et 1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>10 g de\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/509-pavot-bleu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pavot bleu<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>et 1 sachet de levure chimique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour la garniture :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 poires conf\u00e9rences m\u00fbres (400 g)<\/li>\n<li>20 g de beurre doux<\/li>\n<li>et 20 g de sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour le gla\u00e7age<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 g de jus d&rsquo;orange (en bouteille pour moi)<\/li>\n<li>et 100 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour la d\u00e9coration\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10\u00a0g de\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/509-pavot-bleu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pavot bleu<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"block\">\n<div class=\"Ttxt\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette de cake aux poires et pavot bleu :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Epluchez les poires, enlevez les trognons et les p\u00e9pins, puis coupez-les en d\u00e9s.<br \/>\nDans une po\u00eale, faites fondre les 20 gr de beurre doux, ajoutez les d\u00e9s de poires et les 20 gr de sucre et faites cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant 8 min en secouant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. R\u00e9servez (mettre votre pr\u00e9paration de c\u00f4t\u00e9).<br \/>\nChauffez le four th.7 \u00e0 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faites fondre le beurre au micro-ondes (moins d&rsquo;1 minute) .<br \/>\nDans un saladier, battez\u00a0les oeufs et le sucre.<br \/>\nAjoutez la levure, m\u00e9langez bien le tout.<br \/>\nAjoutez la farine et continuez de m\u00e9langer\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<br \/>\nAjoutez le beurre et le pavot , m\u00e9langez bien de nouveau.<br \/>\nAjoutez les poires et le jus contenu dans la po\u00eale et m\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement.<br \/>\nGraissez un moule \u00e0 cake, versez-y la pr\u00e9paration et enfournez pour 40 min en couvrant le moule d&rsquo;une feuille d&rsquo;aluminium au bout de 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, versez le jus d&rsquo;orange, ajoutez le sucre glace, m\u00e9langez bien et gardez \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finition<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Laissez le cake refroidir sur une grille avant de le d\u00e9mouler.<br \/>\nLorsqu&rsquo;il est froid, enduisez-le sur toutes ses faces (sauf celle du dessous) de gla\u00e7age, et saupoudrez aussit\u00f4t de graines de pavot bleu.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Bon app\u00e9tit.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous propose une recette de cake aux fruits : des poires pour la garniture et de l&rsquo;orange pour le gla\u00e7age.
