Faites revenir les oignons jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent translucides. Ajoutez les lardons. Laissez revenir sur feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le tout colore.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four chaleur tournante \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me liquide (ou fromage blanc), la farine et la levure. Fouettez bien, ajoutez l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Salez, poivrez et ajoutez les <strong>\u00e9pices mexicaines<\/strong>. Ajoutez le m\u00e9lange oignons-lardons. Finissez par ajouter l\u2019emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Versez votre pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9 (sauf s\u2019il est en silicone, dans ce cas passez cette \u00e9tape).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Enfournez votre moelleux 40-45 min.
