Essuyez les avec du papier absorbant et en conservant la peau, d\u00e9coupez les en b\u00e2tonnets.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Rincez les moules \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide en plusieurs passages. Nettoyez-les en retirant bien les salet\u00e9s et filaments \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau. Vous pouvez gratter leur coquille \u00e0 l\u2019aide du couteau afin de bien retirer tous les d\u00e9chets qu\u2019elles peuvent avoir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00c9pluchez et \u00e9mincez les \u00e9chalotes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Mettez vos frites \u00e0 cuire, le temps de faire la cuisson des frites suffit pour que vos moules soient cuites.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dans une casserole sur feu fort mettre les moules, les \u00e9chalotes et le beurre. Salez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement, poivrez et ajoutez le laurier. Laissez ouvrir vos moules, une fois qu\u2019elles sont toutes bien ouvertes ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide.
