Salez et poivrez vos morceaux de viande, puis mettez la farine dans un sac cong\u00e9lation et y passer tous vos morceaux de viande ainsi que les os \u00e0 moelle. Faites colorer votre viande dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive bien chaude.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pendant ce temps coupez l\u2019oignon finement et les carottes en rondelles \u00e9paisses.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Une fois vos morceaux de viande bien color\u00e9s, r\u00e9servez-les.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0 Dans cette m\u00eame casserole, faites revenir les oignons et les carottes puis d\u00e9glacez au vin blanc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Remettez les morceaux de viande, ajoutez de l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 couvrir la viande enti\u00e8rement. Ajoutez le laurier, le thym, le coulis de tomates, le paprika et le piment. Ajustez l\u2019assaisonnement en sel si besoin. M\u00e9langez bien et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement puis retirez le piment (vous pouvez le laisser plus longtemps si vous aimez les plats plus relev\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Laissez cuire 1h30 \u00e0 2 heures de plus, toujours en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 La viande est cuite lorsqu\u2019elle se d\u00e9tache de l\u2019os et est super fondante.
