Ces petites graines croustillantes aux notes de noisettes et de pignons de pin s&rsquo;allient parfaitement aux ar\u00f4mes de champignons frais et de cr\u00e8me du Chaource, fromage \u00e0 cro\u00fbte blanche et duveteuse et \u00e0 p\u00e2te fine et fondante fabriqu\u00e9 sous appellation d&rsquo;origine\u00a0prot\u00e9g\u00e9e aux confins de la Bourgogne et de la Champagne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong>\u00a015 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson :<\/strong>\u00a035 minutes<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Ingr\u00e9dients du cake au chaource et graines de pavot :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes :<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n\u2212 250 gr de fromage blanc (ou cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse pour une version moins all\u00e9g\u00e9e)<br \/>\n\u2212 150 gr de farine<br \/>\n\u2212 50 gr d\u2019huile de tournesol<br \/>\n\u2212 300 gr de chaource<br \/>\n\u2212 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/509-pavot-bleu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">graines de pavot<\/span><\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n\u2212 1 sachet de levure<br \/>\n\u2212 Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pr\u00e9paration du cake au chaource et graines de pavot :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Pr\u00e9chauffez le four chaleur tournante 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Dans un cul-de-poule, ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut dans un saladier, fouettez les \u0153ufs avec le fromage blanc. Ajoutez la farine, l\u2019huile de tournesol, la levure, le sel et le poivre. Bien fouetter afin d\u2019obtenir un appareil homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Coupez le chaource en petits cubes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Ajoutez \u00e0 l\u2019appareil \u00e0 cake, bien m\u00e9langer avec une maryse. Finissez par ajouter les graines de pavot.<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Beurrez et farinez un moule \u00e0 savarin ou cake ou tout autre moule de votre choix. S\u2019il est en silicone bien-s\u00fbr vous \u00e9vitez cette \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Versez votre appareil \u00e0 cake et enfournez pour 35 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 V\u00e9rifiez la cuisson avec un cure-dents.<\/p>\n<p>\u2212 Ce cake se d\u00e9guste tr\u00e8s bien avec une bonne salade verte.
