Peu rago\u00fbtant en apparence, le r\u00e9sultat a de quoi surprendre petits et grands par sa douceur en bouche et par son m\u00e9lange de saveurs<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cette recette facile, vous permettra \u00e9galement de ne pas g\u00e2cher la chair lorsque vous aurez creus\u00e9 et sculpt\u00e9 votre cucurbitac\u00e9e d&rsquo;Halloween.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong>\u00a015 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson :<\/strong>\u00a040 minutes<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients du\u00a0g\u00e2teau au potiron et aux \u00e9pices :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 4 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n\u2013 500 grammes de potiron ou de potimarron<br \/>\n\u2013 200 grammes de farine<br \/>\n\u2013 200 grammes de sucre<br \/>\n\u2013 1 sachet de levure<br \/>\n\u2013 1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2013 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de rhum<br \/>\n\u2013 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/518-gingembre-moulu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">gingembre moulu<\/span><\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n\u2013 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/epices-pures\/532-cannelle-moulue.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">cannelle moulue<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0du\u00a0g\u00e2teau au potiron et aux \u00e9pices :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Pour commencer, si la peau est trop \u00e9paisse, \u00e9pluchez votre potiron \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9. Puis coupez-le en petits cubes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dans une casserole, mettez un fond d&rsquo;eau, les cubes de potiron, le sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 et faites cuire \u00e0 couvert, \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pendant ce temps, dans un grand saladier, battre les oeufs, ajoutez le sucre, la levure, le rhum, le gingembre et la cannelle. M\u00e9langez bien puis ajoutez la farine petit \u00e0 petit en m\u00e9langeant.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Au bout de 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, votre potiron devrait \u00eatre cuit. R\u00e9duisez-le en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette. S&rsquo;il est encore un peu dur, laissez le cuire quelques minutes de plus pour qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;\u00e9crase plus facilement. Laissez ti\u00e9dir votre pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180 \u00b0c.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Une fois la pur\u00e9e refroidie, ajoutez-la \u00e0 la p\u00e2te et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Beurrez un moule et mettez-y votre m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Faites cuire votre g\u00e2teau durant 40 minutes, surveillez \u00e0 partir de 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Laissez votre g\u00e2teau refroidir une dizaine de minutes avant de le d\u00e9mouler.
