Pour cela, \u00e9pluchez les pommes, en retirer les p\u00e9pins et coupez-les en tr\u00e8s petits cubes (cela a de l\u2019importance car si vos morceaux sont trop gros ils vont finir au fond du g\u00e2teau). Dans une po\u00eale mettez votre noix de beurre avec le sucre cassonade et faire caram\u00e9liser vos cubes de pommes durant une dizaine de minutes. Remuez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ajoutez la cannelle, bien remuer.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dans le bol de votre robot, muni du fouet disposez les \u0153ufs et le sucre. Fouettez durant\u00a0 5 minutes vitesse 5 afin de bien faire mousser et augmenter de volume. Le m\u00e9lange va ainsi blanchir.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Faites fondre le beurre, mettez votre robot sur vitesse 1-2 et ajoutez le beurre fondu en filet. Dans un saladier m\u00e9langez la farine et la levure. Ajoutez \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration \u0153ufs-sucre-beurre cuill\u00e8re par cuill\u00e8re afin de ne pas casser les \u0153ufs\u00a0mont\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four 160\u00b0C chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ajoutez les pommes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Versez votre pr\u00e9paration dans votre moule \u00e0 Bundt cake, s\u2019il est en silicone pas besoin de beurrer ni fariner, passez-le en revanche sous l\u2019eau froide sans l\u2019essuyer, mais s\u2019il est en m\u00e9tal attention \u00e0 bien le beurrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement et le chemiser (mettre de la farine) pour \u00e9viter que le bundt cake ne se colle et surtout se casse lors du d\u00e9moulage.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Faites cuire votre g\u00e2teau durant 45-50 minutes.
