Bien m\u00e9langer, filmer et laisser au frigo pour minimum 4 h.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dans une cocotte mettre un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Faire revenir vos pilons de poulet afin de les colorer sur toutes les faces sur feu moyen-fort. Il faut qu\u2019ils soient bien color\u00e9s, cette \u00e9tape vous prendra au moins 15 min.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Une fois vos pilons bien color\u00e9s, ajouter votre marinade et laisser cuire sur feu moyen (\u00e0 petit bouillons) pendant environ 3\/4 d\u2019heure.
