Dip est tout simplement un verbe anglais qui veut dire \u00ab\u00a0tremper\u00a0\u00bb. Coupez les tomates et le 1\/4 de concombre en morceaux. Mixez le tout en y ajoutant le pain de mie, l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et le gingembre.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Assaisonnez avec le piment de Cayenne, poivrez et salez.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0 Mixez \u00e0 nouveau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance \u00e9paisse puis ajoutez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.
