Alors fa\u00eetes leur plaisir en toute simplicit\u00e9\u00a0 avec des boulettes de viande maison !<\/p>\n<p>Un r\u00e9gal avec une cuisine sans prise de t\u00eate on adore !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson :<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Mat\u00e9riel sp\u00e9cifique n\u00e9cessaire :<\/strong> aucun<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette de\u00a0Boulettes de b\u0153uf au basilic :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pour 4 personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 400 gr de boeuf hach\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 gr de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/blog\/sauce-tomate-aux-herbes-et-epices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong> sauce tomate fait maison<\/strong><\/span><\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tranches de pain de mie sans cro\u00fbte<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 c\u00e0s de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 oeuf<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 c\u00e0s d&#8217;emmental rap\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 c\u00e0c de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/herbes-et-aromates\/470-basilic-entier.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>basilic entier<\/strong><\/span><\/a> (dont 2 en touche finale)<br \/>\n&#8211; du sel<br \/>\n&#8211; et du poivre<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0de la recette de\u00a0Boulettes de b\u0153uf au basilic :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Commencez par verser dans un saladier la viande hach\u00e9e, l\u2019\u0153uf, l&#8217;emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9 et les 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de basilic entier.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00e9langez bien le tout puis salez ( comptez 2 tours de moulin) et poivrez ( comptez 3 tours de moulin) votre pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\n&#8211; Dans un second r\u00e9cipient, disposez les tranches de pain de mie puis ajoutez le lait et laissez tremper 2-3 minutes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pressez ensuite le pain de mie dans vos main pour \u00e9liminer le surplus de lait et incorporez le pain de mie \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration de viande hach\u00e9e.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00e9langez bien le tout une nouvelle fois.<br \/>\n&#8211; Fa\u00e7onnez ensuite de petites boulettes entre vos mains ( plus elles seront petites, plus vite elle seront cuites&#8230;) puis passez les rapidement sous l&rsquo;eau froide.<br \/>\n&#8211; Prenez ensuite une po\u00eale, versez y l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et fa\u00eetes y revenir vos boulettes pendant au moins 2 minutes de part et d&rsquo;autre.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ajoutez ensuite la sauce tomate maison et laissez cuire encore 10 minutes en remuant de temps \u00e0 autre.<br \/>\n&#8211; Avant de d\u00e9guster parsemez vos boulettes avec le restant de basilic.<br \/>\n&#8211; Servez avec une pur\u00e9e maison et voil\u00e0 le tour est jou\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Aujourd&rsquo;hui je vous propose une recette tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en seulement 30 minutes top chrono : des boulettes de viande au basilic.
