j\u2019ai beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 ce mariage qui s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 tr\u00e8s harmonieux !<br \/>\nLe paprika est une poudre de couleur rouge fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de poivrons s\u00e9ch\u00e9s puis moulus, il poss\u00e8de un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement piquant et un peu sucr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les deuxi\u00e8mes, j\u2019ai mari\u00e9\u00a0curry madras\u00a0et citron : tr\u00e8s bon aussi !<\/p>\n<p>Ce curry se compose de coriandre, curcuma, moutarde noire, farine de pois chiche, cumin, piment doux, fenouil, fenugrec, poivre noir, ail semoule, pavot bleu et sel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de repos : <\/strong>30 minutes minimum<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson : <\/strong>10 minutes environ<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette\u00a0Duo de brochettes \u00e9pic\u00e9es :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser 4 brochettes (2 x 2) :<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Pour les brochettes paprika\/vinaigre balsamique :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 beaux blancs de poulet<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n<li>1 petit oignon nouveau<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/piments\/155-pimenton-de-la-vera.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">paprika fum\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/provenance\/espagne\/pimenton-de-la-vera.html\">\u00a0<\/a>(Pimenton de la Vera)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Pour les brochettes curry\/citron :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 beaux blancs de poulet<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron jaune<\/li>\n<li>1 petit oignon nouveau<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/melanges-d-epices\/498-curry-madras.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>\u00a0curry madras<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0de la recette\u00a0Duo de brochettes \u00e9pic\u00e9es :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Dans deux r\u00e9cipients s\u00e9par\u00e9s, r\u00e9alisez les deux marinades en versant dans un saladier l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le vinaigre balsamique, l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail et le pimenton de la vera et dans l&rsquo;autre r\u00e9cipient, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le jus de citron, l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail et le curry madras.<br \/>\n&#8211; M\u00e9langez bien les diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coupez ensuite les filets de poulet en cubes de m\u00eame calibre et r\u00e9partissez les entre vos deux marinades. M\u00e9langez et remuez bien le tout puis couvrez et placez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 30 minutes minimum.<br \/>\n&#8211; Faites-les dorer une dizaine de minutes \u00e0 la po\u00eale ou \u00e0 la plancha, sans ajout de mati\u00e8re grasse.
