Et pour la mettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur comme il se doit, j&rsquo;ai choisi de la pr\u00e9parer avec une marinade au m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices Cajun et de l&rsquo;accompagner d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 savoir des pommes de terre et des haricots verts plats saupoudr\u00e9s de persillade.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices Cajun utilis\u00e9 ici dans cette recette se compose de thym, de moutarde jaune, d&rsquo;ail, de piment fort, d&rsquo;oignon rose, d&rsquo;origan, de paprika, de cumin et de poivre noir.<\/p>\n<p>La persillade quant \u00e0 elle renferme de l&rsquo;ail, de l\u2019\u00e9chalote et du persil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>20 minutes + 1 h de pose pour la marinade<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson : <\/strong>20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Mat\u00e9riel sp\u00e9cifique n\u00e9cessaire :<\/strong> aucun<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette des aiguillettes de canard marin\u00e9es aux \u00e9pices Cajun :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 500 gr d&rsquo;aiguillettes de canard<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 c\u00e0c de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/melanges-d-epices\/492-melange-d-epices-cajun.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices Cajun<\/strong><\/span><\/a><br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0 3 c\u00e0c de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/melanges-d-epices\/427-melange-persillade.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>persillade<\/strong><\/span><\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; 400 gr de pommes de terre<br \/>\n&#8211; 400 gr de haricots verts plats<br \/>\n&#8211; et 5 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0de la recette des aiguillettes de canard marin\u00e9es aux \u00e9pices Cajun :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pour r\u00e9aliser la marinade des aiguillettes de canard :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Dans un plat, m\u00e9langez 3 le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices cajun avec l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mettez ensuite les aiguillettes de canard dans la marinade en veillant bien \u00e0 les badigeonner enti\u00e8rement. R\u00e9servez 1 heure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour les l\u00e9gumes et le reste de la recette :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9pluchez les pommes de terre, coupez les en rondelle et fa\u00eetes les cuire \u00e0 la po\u00eale.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ensuite fa\u00eetes cuire les haricots verts dans une grande casserole d\u2019eau bouillante pendant 12 min.
