C&rsquo;est parti pour l&rsquo;atelier p\u00e2tisserie du jour !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de cuisson : <\/strong>20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Mat\u00e9riel sp\u00e9cifique n\u00e9cessaire :<\/strong> 1 moule \u00e0 cupcakes\/muffins et 1 grille de cuisson<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Ingr\u00e9dients de la recette de\u00a0Cupcakes vanille aux b\u00e2tonnets chocolat au lait :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pour r\u00e9aliser 10 cupcakes :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 2 oeufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 80 gr de beurre doux<br \/>\n&#8211; 7 cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 paquet de biscuits (b\u00e2tonnets au chocolat de type Mikado)<br \/>\n&#8211; 130 gr de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 80 gr de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/sucres-aromatises\/459-sucre-a-la-vanille-avec-gousses-broyees.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>sucre \u00e0 la vanille<\/strong><\/span><\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 sachet de levure chimique<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour la d\u00e9coration, r\u00e9aliser un gla\u00e7age :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 100 gr de sucre glace<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 blanc d&rsquo;oeuf<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/3 du jus d&rsquo;1 citron<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi simplement d\u00e9corer avec du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/sucres-aromatises\/385-sucre-a-chouquette.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>sucre \u00e0 chouquette <\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ou du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicesdumonde.com\/sucres-aromatises\/86-sucre-petillant.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>sucre p\u00e9tillant<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, qui vous rappellera de jolis souvenirs d&rsquo;enfance.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la recette de\u00a0Cupcakes vanille aux b\u00e2tonnets chocolat au lait :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Commencez par faire pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (soit thermostat 6).<br \/>\n&#8211; Dans un saladier m\u00e9langer le beurre et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une sorte de pommade.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ajoutez ensuite \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un, la farine pr\u00e9alablement m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 la levure et m\u00e9langez bien le tout.<br \/>\n&#8211; Prenez le paquet de biscuits et pr\u00e9levez-en 20 pour la d\u00e9coration et concassez le reste.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pr\u00e9levez l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;1 c\u00e0s de ce concass\u00e9 de biscuits et versez le reste dans votre p\u00e2te puis m\u00e9langez bien de nouveau.<br \/>\n&#8211; Beurrez ensuite les moules et remplissez les aux trois quarts avec votre p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n&#8211; Enfournez le tout\u00a0 pour environ 20 minutes (entre 160 et 180 \u00b0C selon votre four) en surveillant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la cuisson.<br \/>\n&#8211; Laissez un peu refroidir puis d\u00e9moulez les et disposez les sur un support de type grille de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pour le gla\u00e7age m\u00e9langez le sucre glace avec le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf et le jus de citron.<br \/>\n&#8211; Versez ensuite le gla\u00e7age sur vos cupcakes puis saupoudrez les de biscuits au chocolat au lait concass\u00e9s.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pour la d\u00e9coration, plantez dans chaque cupcake deux b\u00e2tonnets de chocolat au lait et le tour est jou\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Prenez garde ils vont partir comme des petits pains !<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Bonne d\u00e9gustation !<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Aujourd&rsquo;hui on s&rsquo;offre un pur moment de gourmandise avec une recette simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser : des cupcakes \u00e0 la vanille accompagn\u00e9s de b\u00e2tonnets de chocolat au lait.
